I've never seen that option of up to 1000x on other bike lights in this price range. I also received a tail light that has three different lighting options. It's can stay on, flash fast, or flash slow. It is waterproof and amde of high quality materials. The light shines up to feet! It is perfect for rain, shine, sleet, and snow! It's very easy to install with easy screw fasteners. Even the headlight has three settings. High, low, and flashing. If you happen to need just the headlamp you can easily dismount it and use as a flashlight.
